Professional Achievements

Executive Director, Plowshares Peace and Justice Center. Successfully oversee all operations, functions, and activities of the organization. Manage a $440,000 annual budget, 8 paid staff, and 120 volunteers. Developed programs to increase sustainability and increase services provided by over 20% annually while keeping operating costs under budget within first fiscal year. Successfully increased business and individual donations by over 9% with extremely limited donor development budget of $100.00 within first fiscal year.

Community Action Program Coordinator/Manager Successfully developed and managed New Digs, a HUD rapid re-housing program. Developed and implemented program, policies and procedures. Successfully recruited, trained and supervised program staff.  Oversaw the administration of FEMA EFSP funding to 15 organizations in Lake and Mendocino Counties. Served as ESFP Board Chair 2015-2017. Successfully developed a stand-alone Continuum of Care in Lake County in 2015. Served as Lake County Continuum of Care Board Chair 2015-2017.

RSVP Volunteer Manager Successfully developed and managed a volunteer program with over 500 regular volunteers, served as director of AmeriCorps and NCCC programs, served on the Valley Fire Long Term Recovery board, and served as liaison between non-profits and government agencies on behalf of North Coast Opportunities during the fire response and recovery.

Red Barn Ranch Owner/Operator. Successful start-up of Red Barn Ranch Events, a special event business with gross earning over 100k annually within three years of start-up. Oversaw all business operations including: finance, recruitment, training and management of staff, public relations and partner developments, AR, AP, and Human Resources.
